Each appraisal is unique in its own circumstances. However, the more information that is provided to the appraiser by the client the more comprehensive the report will be.

All information is kept strictly confidential.

You should supply the apprasier will the following information when available.

Copies of any and all paperwork concerning the subject horse to be appraised.

• Registration Papers
• Race & Show Records
• Progency Records
• Breeders Sweepstake or any other breed nomination certificates
• AHSA registration certificates (if applicable)
• Photographs - racing or showing
• Video footage if applicable
• Health Records & Vet Records are sometime necessary
• Bill of Sale
