• A description of the horses (s) being Appraised
• The Intended Use (Purpose) of the Appraisal
• Letter of Transmittal
• Market Value Defined
• Assumptions and Limiting Conditions
• A Summary for each horse
• Copy of Registration Certificate
• Copy of the Pedigree
• Show Records
• Progency Records
• Photographs of the horse(s) being Appraised
• Letter of intent
• Qualifications of Appraiser

The client may specify how many copies they will need of the final professional report.
